1010 Queen Street East - Hotel Conversion

In late 2023 we terminated the upstairs residential tenant to convert that apartment to a single-suite hotel similar to 1170 Queen St. E.  We are currently renovating that unit and expect to have this hotel location operating later this year.  As with our other hotel conversions, we expect to see a substantial increase in our net income once this location begins operating.
