Pet Valu Now Open at 557-559 St. Clair Ave. W.

We are very excited to report that Pet Valu, our new tenant at 557-559 St. Clair Ave. W. is now open for business. This is a significant milestone in our repositioning of this asset. We expect to have the basement retail space and the upstairs residential units finished within the next couple months at which time we will list these spaces for lease.
